A unique part of TheFitness-Project (TFP), is that we offer various products that you can choose from
your private session
And when we ask our clients what they loved about their 1-2-1 Personal Training, they routinely said that they loved the personal assessments, the focus on nutrition, the individual tweaks to training and the motivational coaching from the trainer.
In a private session, injury issues can be taken on board very effectively, because we can pass on knowledge efficiently,
resolve imbalances, resolve specific muscle weaknesses,
muscle engagement and so on.
You can see results faster and the schedule is the most flexible as you have access to the trainers whole diary.

Food Projects by TheFitness-Project
A big part of a healthy routine is our eating habits.
The Food Projects are all about these eating habits.
Some issues we hear that our clients are struggling with:
gut health, low mood, which healthy foods to choose, acid stomach, alcohol addiction, sugar addiction, weight loss
Some of the issues that we have helped our clients with are:
blood sugar balancing, fit foods to fit their lifestyle,
why low carb diets work for fat loss and exactly how low,
timing of meals, weekly meal planning,
to stop dieting and manage weight,
what are the right foods for them.
The Food Project was initially started,
offering ways to guide clients in using food to help them feel better. To improve diet, is improving life and preventing disease. We found that we were also positively effecting
the results our clients were getting in the gym
whilst on their training programme.
