We start by asking questions in three main areas:
What distance do you run? How much running do you do?
What type of training do they do to support your running?
What personal objectives do you want addresed our of your sessions?
Typically, we see runners who:

Want to get started from scratch.
Want to build a structure in their running and fitness programme,
Want to do more countryside running,

The sessions started with
Dynamic Warm-Up drills that could be applied before each of their own regular sessions.
Range of movement exercises (important before we even put one foot in front of the other)…
Observed each running style application over a short distance from everyone,
talked running styles, running shoe choices, observed movements and posture.
Within any session, we look at strength and conditioning (S&C) in order to supplement their running.
We can honestly say, without a doubt, that if embarked on some S&C work, you will increase your
running distance, speed, ability and ease
