Caroline has a real passion for helping people.

This form of swimming uses the principles of the Alexander Technique.
“I was instantly drawn towards The Shaw Method because after seeing so many swimmers struggle to move forwards in the water, I could then teach swimmers to move effortlessly instead.”

After being seriously ill myself 2007, and experiencing unbelievable positive supported from the Macmillan Centre at St Marks Hospital the leading colorectomy hospital department in the UK, which jump started my journey to my recovery, Natural health is big and is a huge part of preventative…and as we follow and rely so heavily on the NHS systems for cures… we don't consider this area enough.…about helping ourselves primarily before illness occurs.”

"Good Movement is when all the bodies tissues are compliant and integrating well/optimally allowing a full(er) pain-free range. “Movement needs to be an harmonious balance between stability & flexibility - Individual to each person.” Paul Lacey, Back2Activity
“Paul is wonderful to work with. We can ask him to view clients training sessions to provide feedback on postural related symmetry. Commonly people develop pain over time due to inactivity & physical de-conditioning, and with Paul here, he can assess, treat and confidently agree with the programme or alter what TheFitness-Project is suggesting.
Pauls says that clients who just passively accept treatment is fine to a point. Those who actively engage in their recovery of healthy posture & movement by embarking on some appropriate exercise display a more beneficial & lasting treatment outcome.” Caroline, TheFitness-Project.
